  If your Hozelock Water Pump isn't pumping water, and the motor is running with a lot of noise, it might be full of air. Unplug it from the electricity supply. Also, the pump may not be primed properly, so repeat the priming process by following steps 6-10. Check that the inlet is submerged, the filter is clean, and the hose isn't kinked or damaged. Remove any blockages in the inlet hose, and if none of these steps work, the impeller might be worn, and you should contact Hozelock customer services.

  Your Hozelock Water Pump might not be pumping water due to several reasons. First, ensure the electricity supply is on and the pump is correctly plugged in. Check if the circuit breaker has tripped and reset it. If it trips again, consult an electrician. The pump may have overheated; if the pump case is hot, let it cool down. If none of these steps work, the motor may be damaged, and you should contact Hozelock customer services.
