T15 Screwdriver for HDD Screws

T15 screwdriver for disassembling 4 HDD screws. Torque: 3.0~4.0 kgf-cm.

T15 Screwdriver for ODD Cage & MB Brackets

T15 screwdriver for disassembling 3 screws for ODD cage and main bracket. Torque: 3.0~4.0 kgf-cm.

T15 Screwdriver for PCI Cover & MB

T15 screwdriver for disassembling 2 screws for PCI cover and main bracket. Torque: 3.0~4.0 kgf-cm.

T15 Screwdriver for Mainboard (MB)

T15 screwdriver for disassembling 6 screws for the mainboard. Torque: 3.0~4.0 kgf-cm.

Product Disassembly Process Steps

Step 1: Remove Lower Case

Begin disassembly by removing the lower case from the main housing.

Step 2: Disconnect SATA & Power Cables

Pull off the ODD SATA connector and HDD power connector.

Step 3: Remove ODD and Front Bezel

Remove the Optical Disk Drive (ODD) and Front Bezel from the housing.

Step 4: Remove ODD Cage and HDD

Loosen 3 screws on main bracket, remove ODD cage, then loosen 4 screws to remove HDD.

Step 5: Disconnect Mainboard Cables

Pull off all cables connected to the Mainboard (MB).

Step 6: Remove Mainboard (MB)

Loosen 6 screws on the Mainboard (MB) and then remove it.

Step 7: Remove Power Supply Unit (PSU)

Loosen 4 screws on the Power Supply Unit (PSU) and then remove it.
