INSTALL TRANSFER
UNIT

The transfer unit is either not installed
or not correctly installed in the printer,
is defective, the high-voltage power
supply connection to the transfer unit is
defective, or the DC controller PCB is
defective.
1. Press for help.
2. Ensure the transfer unit is fully seated, that
the contracts are not damaged. See Transfer
unit removal (in chapter 6) for more
information.
3. Replace the transfer unit.
4. Replace the high-voltage power supply
PCB.
5. Replace the DC controller PCB.
