Workaround prior to update:
Customers can ignore the CDR-1003 critical messages logged
during SupportSave operations since they have been
downgraded to warnings with this release. However, CDR-1003
critical messages for other operations should not be ignored.
After upgrading to FOS 6.2.x firmware on 4 Gb
switches, critical messages (CDR-1003) are posted to
the RASLOG when a SupportSave operation is
executed.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.2.2d.Path loss traces do not contain enough debugging
information when Access Gateway mode is enabled.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.2.2d.Administration passwords are reset to the default
password after upgrading from FOS 6.1.x to FOS

Workaround prior to update:
Reseating the fans will allow the fans to recover from the faulty
state.
The fans on an HP StorageWorks DC SAN Backbone
Director Switch may erroneously be flagged as bad
and get logged with a "[PLAT-5042], FAN I2C reset”
error code in the Raslog, even though they are
operating properly.

as "Mod_Val" rather than "Online" after a switch
reboot test and ISL fails to form. This applies to all
