OFFSET
mode
is
used
to
add
or
subtract
a
constant
to/from
a
measurement.
For
example,
a
radio
frequency
can
be
measured
by
measuring
the
local
oscillator
frequency
and
then
adding
the
IF
as
a
positive
offset.

OFFSET
mode
is

in
the

paragraph
