Cause: The HP 70620 or HP 70621 has failed its switch diagnostic #1. If the preamplier is an
HP 70620A preamplier, S4 or its associated drive circuitry has failed. If the preamplier is an
HP 70620B preamplier or an HP 70621A preamplier, K1 or its associated drive circuitry has
failed.
Cure: Troubleshoot and replace the failed component if necessary.

associated drive circuitry has failed. This error applies to the HP 70620A preamplier only.
