Incorporating User-Dened Functions into the User-Softkey Menu
The menu of user softkeys can be congured with user-dened functions that have been stored
in internal memory. User-dened functions are created and stored most eciently with a
computer program sent to the analyzer via HP-IB. Refer to the
HP 70000 Modular Spectrum
Analyzer Programming Manual
. However, user-dened functions can also be created,
modied
or
stored
using
information
from
the
\Programming-Related Softkey Descriptions".
Restricting Instrument Operation to User Softkeys
If you wish to restrict analyzer operation to the user softkeys, execute the
USERLOCK ON
programming command via HP-IB, or execute
