Top Cover Interlock Switch Removal
To remove the top cover interlock switch:
1 Open the top, front, and back covers.
2 Duplex only: Remove the duplex tray.
3 Remove the upper and lower paper cassettes.
4 Remove the left side cover (see page 7-8).
5 Duplex only: Remove the duplex tray mount (four screws).
6 Remove the paper feed drive cover (three screws; duplex two screws).
7 Disconnect the two wires connected to the interlock switch.
8 Remove the top cover interlock switch (two screws).
