Details for call agent
Load paper The printer is not able to complete the
load because it cannot detect the paper
Perform the OOP sensor diagnostic from
the Support Menu.
Out of memory Out of memory Job sent to the printer too complex, see
the user's guide for more details.
Improper shutdown To avoid damage, use the On button to
shut down. Do not use a power strip or
wall switch to shut down.
Follow the front-panel message.
Printer or ink system error There is a problem with the printer or ink
system. Turn printer off, then on. If the
problem persists, contact HP.
