Cause: Paper jam detected in stacker; paper jam sensor activated
Solution: Try the following:

Remove any paper inside the stacker.
●
Check for paper jams in the paper path.
●
Check that the Media Sensor is not damaged.
●
Replace the Stacker Media Sensor
