012 CMOS Date/Time not Set The CMOS Date and/or Time are
invalid. This error can be resolved
by readjusting the system time in the
Setup Utility.
019 PS2 mouse not found Mouse not working. Verify the
mouse cable is securely connected
to the mouse port (not the keyboard
port) on the rear panel of the server.
If the problem persists, replace the
mouse or contact your HP Customer
Support provider.
048 Password check failed Password is incorrect after retried a
few times. Users might need to reset
the password.
04C Keyboard/Interface Error Keyboard controller failed test. This
may indicate a problem with system
hardware.
04D Primary Master Hard Disk Error The IDE/ATAPI device configured as
Primary Master could not be
properly initialized by the BIOS.
This message is typically displayed
