When replacing the system board, be sure that the following components are removed from the
defective system board and installed on the replacement system board:

WWAN module on page 62)
●
Processor (see
Processor on page 78)
●
Graphics card (see

Remove the system board:
1. Position the computer right-side up, with the front toward you.
2. Remove the four Torx T8M2.5×7.0 screws (1) that secure the system board to the base
enclosure.
3. Lift the system board up a couple of inches (2) to gain access to the VGA board connector
located under the system board.
