NOTE: The Bluetooth module spare part kit does not include a Bluetooth module cable. The Bluetooth
module cable is included in the Cable Kit, spare part number 646968-001 for use in 6560b models
and 641188-001 for use in 8560p models. See
Cable Kit on page 38 for more Cable Kit spare part
number information.

Before removing the Bluetooth module, follow these steps:
1. Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the
computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
3. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet,
and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.

Remove the battery (see
Battery on page 60).
5. Remove the bottom door (see
Bottom door on page 66).
Remove the Bluetooth module:
1. Position the computer upside-down with the front toward you.
