● Turn over the stack of media in the tray. Also try 
rotating the media 180 degrees.
● If the print media does not meet HP 
specifications, replace the media.
The print media is not loaded correctly or trays are 
not adjusted correctly.
● Make sure print media is loaded correctly and 
that the guides fit correctly against the media 
stack.
Registration assembly is incorrectly installed.
● Be sure that the registration assembly is 
installed correctly.
