Flexible features support the needs of your demanding office
The HP LaserJet 4345mfp series is your advanced document creation solution. Print, scan, make
copies, or take advantage of the stapling capabilities with the stapler/stacker accessory (standard
with the HP LaserJet 4345 xs mfp). Add to this the ability to fax and digitally send documents. Turn
your digital documents into stapled, sorted reports in one simple step. Create and manage
frequently updated materials, saving the costs associated with outsourcing, the expenses of
obsolete materials, and the time and costs of inventory management.

Generous paper input features
The MFP features a 100-sheet multipurpose tray and a 500-sheet input tray 2 standard. HP LaserJet
4345x, 4345xs, and 4345xm models include an additional 500-sheet input tray 3, and all models
may be equipped with up to four 500-sheet input trays for a 2,100-sheet maximum input capacity,
offering immediate access to many different paper sizes and types, which helps to save time spent
replenishing paper.
The 100-sheet multipurpose tray supports heavy custom paper up to 53 lb (200 g/m

), offering the
utmost in versatility. The 500-sheet input trays are fully adjustable to provide exceptional paper
flexibility and minimize user intervention.
Take advantage of optional accessories that increase the productivity of your office. The optional
MFP stand with storage cabinet raises the height of the MFP, provides storage for paper and
supplies, and features wheels that increase the mobility of your MFP (standard with HP LaserJet
4345xs and 4345xm mfps). The optional 75-sheet envelope feeder allows you to process large
batches of envelopes—improving office efficiency.
Simple document creation
The HP LaserJet 4345mfp series features a 500-sheet output tray standard. To meet your unique
business needs, you may also choose from the following optional output accessories:
• The stapler/stacker staples up to 30 pages and stacks up to 500 pages for easy document
creation.
• Use the 3-bin mailbox to separate print, copy, or fax functions, assign user mailboxes, or stack
up to 700 pages in one 500-sheet output tray and two 100-sheet output trays.
