Search the fax address book
Use the fax address book search feature to complete a name search of the address book.
1. From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Fax button.
2. Touch the Address Book
button.
3. Select the All Contacts or Local Contacts option in the drop-down menu at the top of the fax
address book screen.
4. Touch the Search icon (magnifying glass) next to the drop-down menu.
5. On the keyboard, enter the first letter or letters of the name; matching recipients display on the
screen. Type more letters to further refine the search. Select a name, and then touch the OK
button.
6. Touch the right arrow to transfer the selected name to the Fax Recipients list.
7. Touch the OK button to return to the Send Fax screen.
