The HP LaserJet M4345 MFP series is an advanced document creation solution: print, scan, copy, digitally
send, fax, or staple documents.
Paper handling options
Input up to 2,100 sheets
Reloading paper can steal your time and interrupt your work momentum. The MFP features a 100-sheet
multipurpose tray and a 500-sheet input tray 2 standard. HP LaserJet M4345x, M4345xs, and M4345xm
models include an additional 500-sheet input tray 3, and all models may be equipped with up to four 500-sheet
input trays for a 2,100-sheet maximum input capacity, offering immediate access to many different paper sizes
and types, which helps to save time spent replenishing paper.
The 100-sheet multipurpose tray supports heavy custom paper up to 53 lb (200 g/m

), offering the utmost in
versatility. The 500-sheet input trays are fully adjustable to provide exceptional paper flexibility and minimize
user intervention. The optional 75-sheet envelope feeder allows you to process large batches of envelopes—
improving office efficiency.
Configure output to suit your needs
Choose a stapler/stacker that can staple up to 30 sheets and stack up to 500 sheets. Or, you may select the
3 bin mailbox for separating print, copy, and fax jobs, assigning mailboxes for users, or stacking up to 700
sheets.
Take advantage of optional accessories that increase the productivity of your office. The optional MFP stand
with storage cabinet raises the height of the MFP, provides storage for paper and supplies, and features wheels
that increase the mobility of your MFP (standard with HP LaserJet M4345xs and M4345xm MFP).
Effortless copying
The MFP may be used as a standalone, walk-up copier—you do not need to be connected to the network or a
computer to make copies. Just place your originals on the scanner glass or use the automatic document feeder
(ADF) and adjust all copy settings at the control panel. Make up to 1000 copies with HP LaserJet print quality at
full engine speeds—45 ppm letter (43 ppm A4).
