Clean the ADF
If the ADF has trouble feeding documents, clean the ADF pickup roller assembly.
1. Open the ADF cover.
2. Wipe the ADF rollers with a soft, dry cloth.
3. Close the ADF cover.
NOTE If you are experiencing jams in the ADF, contact a local HP-authorized service
provider. See
