Initiate polling receive
If someone else has set up a fax to be polled, you can request the fax
be sent to your fax. (This is known as polling another machine).
To initiate polling receive, complete the following steps.
1 On the control panel, press the Menu button to access the
main menu.
2 Touch FAX to display the fax menu.
3 Scroll down and touch FAX FUNCTIONS.
4 Touch INITIATE POLLING RECEIVE to display the keyboard.
5 Use the keyboard to type a polling receive number, and then
touch OK.
