Fax Logs
The fax maintains several logs and reports that are available through
the menu settings. These logs and reports include:
• Fax call report
• Fax activity log
• Billing code report
• Blocked fax list report
• Speed dial list report
This chapter describes how to access and print the fax logs and
reports.
Printing the fax call report (include thumbnail)
The fax call report is a brief report that indicates the status of the last
fax that was sent or received. If you want a thumbnail (a 62 percent
reduction of the first page) of the fax printed on this report, select the
Thumbnail on Report setting.
1 On the control panel, press the Menu button to display the
main menu.
2 Touch FAX to display the fax menu.
3 Scroll down and touch REPORTS to display the reports menu.
4 Touch FAX CALL REPORT.
5 If you want a thumbnail of first page of the fax, touch
THUMBNAIL ON REPORT, and then:
• Touch YES to include a thumbnail of the first page.
• Touch NO to disable printing a thumbnail on the report.
6 Touch PRINT FAX CALL REPORT to print a report for the most
recent fax transmission.
