customer support. Print a Fax T.30 Trace report before contacting customer support to help identify the
problem. This report contains details of the last fax call.
1. From the Home screen on the product control panel, scroll to and touch the Administration button.
2. Open the following menus:
Troubleshooting
Fax
Fax T.30 Trace
3. Select the Print T.30 Report option to print the report.
