4. Remove the fan (3) from the system board.
NOTE: Due to the adhesive quality of the thermal material located between the fan and system
board components, it may be necessary to move the fan from side to side to detach it from the
system board.
Remove the heat sink:
1. Remove the two Phillips PM2.0x4.0 screws (1) that secure the heat sink to the system board .
