w Insert the HP PhotoSmart
Photo Printer CD
x Follow the instructions on the screen
ü Make sure Driver from
Disk is selected, then click
OK. The Install From Disk
message displays.
ü Type in the drive letter of
your computer’s CD-ROM
(on most systems this is
the D:\ drive). If you are
not sure of the drive letter,
use Browse to locate the
CD-ROM drive.
ü Click OK to continue.
ü The Add Printer Wizard
screen displays. Follow the
instructions on the screen
to complete the installa-
tion.
ü At the end of the installa-
tion, if you have a modem,
you can use online regis-
tration to register your
photo printer.
