All system boards use the following part numbers:
xxxxxx-001: Non-Windows operating systems
xxxxxx-601: Windows operating system
AMD Ryzen 7 5825U processor N01927-xx1
AMD Ryzen 5 5625U processor N01925-xx1
AMD Ryzen 5 5625U processor, WWAN models N01926-xx1
AMD Ryzen 3 5425U processor N01923-xx1
AMD Ryzen 3 5425U processor, WWAN models N01924-xx1
Before removing the system board, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 38).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 38).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 48).
4. Remove the fan (see Fan on page 52).
When you replace the system board, be sure to remove the following components (as applicable) from the
defective system board and install them on the replacement system board:
Memory modules (see Memory modules on page 40).
WLAN module (see WLAN module on page 42).
WWAN module (see WWAN module on page 43).
Solid-state drive (see Solid-state drive on page 46).
Heat sink (see Heat sink on page 54).
Remove the system board:

. Disconnect the following cables from the system board:
NOTE: You should never disconnect the RTC battery cable from the system board.
Antenna cables from the WLAN module (select products only) (1)
Power connector cable (2)
Speaker cable (3)
Display cable (ZIF) (4)
USB cable (ZIF) from USB board (5)
USB cable (ZIF) from system board (6)
Touchpad cable (ZIF)

Keyboard backlight cable (ZIF) (select products only) (8)
