8. If it is necessary to remove the display hinge brackets:
a. Remove the eight Phillips M2.0×3.0 screws (1) that secure the hinge brackets to the computer.
b. Pulling toward the inside of the display, pull the adhesive tape out from underneath each hinge
bracket (2). The tape runs the entire length of the bracket.
c. Rotate the hinges to the closed position (1).
