4. Remove the battery module bracket.
To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
Battery-Backed Write Cache Enabler
To remove the component:
1. Power down the server.
2. Extend or remove the server from the rack ("Extending the Server from the
Rack" on page 16
, "Removing the Server from the Rack" on page 18).
3. Remove the access panel ("Removing the Access Panel" on page 19
).
4. Remove the Battery-Backed Write Cache Enabler bracket ("Battery-Backed
Write Cache Enabler Bracket" on page 42
).
5. Disconnect the cable from the Battery-Backed Write Cache Enabler.
