The front panel is divided into three main regions:
From: Use the buttons in this region to indicate where your picture or
document is coming from.
To: Use the buttons in this region to indicate what you want to do with
your image. The buttons in this region also enable you to make
changes to the image or document settings.
Start: Use the buttons in this region to start your task based on the
choices that you made in the From and To regions.
Start: Black or
Color: Start a scan,
fax, copy, or photo
print in color or black
and white. Pressing
Black or Color also
starts saving a photo
or scan to the
computer.
From: Scanner or
Photo Card: Selects
the scanner or the
photo card as the
image source. The
feature is active when
a button is lit.
To: PC Save, Copy,
or Fax: Selects one of
three destinations for
scanner or photo card
image sources. The
feature is active when
a button is lit. Fax can
only receive image
sources from the
scanner.
