Quick Reference Guide
•
Push the button on the left front of the panel to turn on the scanner.
•
Scans an original document to the docmuent management program or a file.
Scan Document Button
•
Scans pictures, graphics, slides, or negatives to the HP Image Zone. Slides and
negatives must be scanned from the TMA.
•Scans the original document for archiving as a black

sizes. If documents contain color or grayscale pictures, use Scan Document
button instead.
File Documents Button

Scans using grayscale image settings to keep the file size small for e
