If the problem is not resolved, remove the imaging drum from the product, and examine the surface.
CAUTION: Do not touch the green roller. Fingerprints on the imaging drum can cause print-quality
problems.

If you see any scratches, fingerprints, or other damage on the imaging drum, replace the imaging
drum.

Locate the memory tag on the imaging drum, and make sure it is not damaged.
