For concrete counters with more than 1” thickness a slit has to be made on concrete counter to
accommodate for fastening brackets.
A- place flange in opening
B- then mark with pencil location for slits
C- then with a concrete diamond blade make the slits on the concrete counter deep enough so
bracket can safely hold flange
D- tighten screws
