7. Check and be sure the air filter is NOT blocked.
8. Check to see if the oil circuit is no blocked and operating smoothly.
9. Check to see if the exhaust system is blocked.
10. Check to see if the oil pump and the EFI system is working.

Removing the radiator cap when the engine and radiator are still hot.
