Changing in-app actions
Whether it's the default apps or your own customized apps. you can change the in-app actions that
are assigned to their squeeze gestures.
1. From the Home screen, swipe up and then tap Settings Edge Sense.
2. Tap In-app squeeze, and then tap the app you want to make adjustments to.
3. Choose whether to make adjustments to the Short squeeze or Squeeze & hold gesture.
4. If you have several actions already created, select the one you want to assign to the squeeze
gesture. Or tap Add a new action to create a new one.

to change an action name that you've created.
Squeezing to unlock your phone with Face Unlock
You can assign a squeeze gesture in Edge Sense to unlock your phone with Face Unlock.
Make sure you've turned on and set up Face Unlock in Settings.
1.
From the Home screen, swipe up and then tap Settings Edge Sense.
2. Assign Squeeze for Face Unlock to the short squeeze or squeeze and hold gesture by
following the steps in Enabling the squeeze and hold gesture on page 40.
3. You can then do the following:
§ To turn off the screen and lock your phone, squeeze the lower sides of the phone.
§ To wake up and unlock your phone, hold the phone in portrait orientation at face level,
squeeze it, and look at the front camera.
Edge Sense double-tap gesture
By default, double-tapping the lower left or right side of your phone changes your screen to One-
hand mode.
You can assign a different action or app and adjust the double-tap sensitivity level.
1. From the Home screen, swipe up and then tap Settings Edge Sense.
2. Tap Set double tap action.
3. Set double-tap to display the floating navigation bar, set it as your Back key, or choose from
the available actions and apps.
4. Tap Adjust sensitivity level.
