4. When ready, tap to start recording. Make sure not to cover the microphones when
holding your phone.
5. Do one of the following:
§ If Audio Boost is off, zoom in to magnify your subject and manually increase the
volume. See Zooming on page 87.
The green mic level at the center indicates how amplified your subject's audio becomes
as you zoom.
§ If Audio Boost is on, you're recording the subject you're facing at the maximum volume.
You can still zoom in on your subject for a closer view.
6. Tap to pause the recording, and then tap to resume.
7. To stop recording, tap .
Videos recorded in 3D Audio are marked with
in Google Photos. Use earphones when playing
back the video to enjoy immersive sound.
