When viewing email
While viewing an email, you can:
Tap the sender’s photo or a recipient to
access the person’s contact details.
If the sender or a recipient is not in your
stored contacts, tap the person’s name to
open the Verify email address screen. On
this screen, tap Save to People to save
the person’s email address to your phone
contacts. You can also send an email to
the sender or recipient.
Tap links in the message body to call the
displayed number, send email, and access
a website.
Call the sender. See “Directly making calls
from email messages” for details.
Reply to the sender and all recipients.
Tap Menu to view more options for
handling the email.

Note If the sender’s name or email address is shown on the email message
with a Search button ( ) and you have an Exchange Server email
account set up on your phone, you can tap this button to search for the
sender from the Company Directory. For more information about finding
contacts in the Company Directory, see Chapter 8.
