Theuniquecam-actionoftheHTCOutfeedRollersallowtherollersurface
tobequicklyandeasilylowered3/8"tosupportthemitergaugebar.This
allowstheuseofmiterorcross-cutboxesoranyotherslidingmiterfixtures
orjigs.Thecam-actionassuresthattherollersremainparalleltothetable
sawandthatthefullyadjustableheightmechanismremainsinprecise
alignmentwiththetablesawsurfaceandmitergaugeslot.

TherecommendedprocedureforfoldingtheOutfeedRollersistoreleasethe
lockingmechanismwithyourfootwhileholdingtherollersectionfirmlywith
twohands.(SeeFigure14)Makesuretherearenoworkpiecesoranything
elseontheOutfeedRollerswhenfoldingtothedownposition.Afterthe
lockingmechanismisreleased,gentlyfoldtheOutfeedRollersdownasin

Care and Maintenance
WhiletheHTCOutfeedRollerisdesignedandbuilttowithstandtheeveryday
activitiesofvirtuallyanyworkshopenvironment,afewcommonsensecare
andmaintenanceprocedurescanhelpincreasethelifeandenjoymentof
yournewpurchase.Keepingthreadedandhingedpartsfreefromdust
buildupwillkeepthosepartsmovingasfreelyastheyareintended.Dust
buildupshouldalsobeavoidedontheaxlesoftheballbearingrollers
byregularcleaning.Alightlubrication(whenneeded)oftherolleraxles
andOutfeedRollerhingeinthesupportarmactionisalsosuggestedfor
consistent,easyoperation.Adampragisrecommendedforcleaningthe
frameandsupportarmofyourOutfeedRoller.
