Possible Cause
The AISU SN
cannot be scanned.
Not all AISUs
connected to the
eNodeB are
identified,
configured, and
managed. As a
result, engineering
parameters cannot
be obtained.
Major
The ALD power supply is
disabled.
The AISU is disconnected
from the RRU.
Other ALDs between the
AISU and the RRU are faulty.
The AISU is faulty.
The AIMM version is not
supported in cascading
scenarios.
The AIMM cascading mode is
incorrectly changed in
cascading scenarios.
The eNodeB is faulty.
The system is incompatible.
Procedure
Step 1 Check the AISU installation scenario.
If the AISU is connected to an AIMM with the RAE function, check the AIMM version.
For details, see section 4.2 "Daisy-Chain Installation Scenario."
− If the hardware version is incorrect, replace the AIMM and upgrade the software to a
mapping version.
− If only the software version is incorrect, upgrade the software to a mapping version.
If both the hardware and software versions are correct, check whether the AIMM
cascading mode is correct.
− If yes, go to Step 2.
− If no, change the cascading mode, and then go to Step 2. For details about how to
change the cascading mode, see Smart Antenna LTE TDD Configuration Guide.
If the AISU is connected to an AIMM without the RAE function or the AISU is not
connected to an AIMM, go to Step 2.
Step 2 Run the SCN ALD command and check the command output.
If the AISU SN can be scanned, no further action is required.
If the AISU SN cannot be scanned, go to Step 3.
Step 3 Run the SCN ALD command repeatedly and check the command outputs.
If the AISU SN can be scanned, no further action is required.
If the AISU SN cannot be scanned, go to Step 4.
Step 4 Run the DSP RETPORT or DSP ANTENNAPORT command and check the command
output. (Refer to section "Querying the Operating Status of the AISU" to determine which
