Context
● The following method applies only to the scenario where the UPS2000-G-20
kVA is used to recharge a battery pack.
● When connecting cables for recharging a battery pack, ensure that the cables
are correctly and securely connected.
● When recharging a battery pack, assign personnel to monitor the entire
recharge process and perform inspections periodically. If any of the following
exceptions is detected, stop charging immediately.
1. The charge voltage is greater than or equal to 588 V.
2. The surface temperature of the battery pack is greater than or equal to 45°C
(hot on your hand).
Procedure
Step 1 Correctly connect battery cables to the UPS.
Step 2 When the UPS is shut down, correctly connect battery cables to the battery pack.
After checking that the cables are correctly connected, start the UPS to recharge
the battery pack.
