Step 2 When the UPS is shut down, correctly connect battery cables to the battery pack.
After checking that the cables are correctly connected, start the UPS to recharge
the battery pack.
Step 3 After the battery pack is recharged, shut down the UPS. Remove the battery cables
from the battery pack and then from the UPS.
