Note:
1. The total weight of a single container is about 20,000 kg. The strength of the concrete
support podium must meet the requirements of stacking two layers (the contact area of a
single support point is about 150 cm²). It is recommended that the concrete support
strength be no less than 200 kg/cm².
2. The horizontal height error of each concrete support podium platform shall be less than
5 mm. The interface size of the concrete support podium shall be at least 900 mm x 900
mm, and the height shall be greater than 800 mm, meeting local flood control
requirements.
3. For sites other than concrete support podiums, concrete platforms or passageways can
be designed based on the actual access and maintenance requirements. The bearing
capacity must meets local civil engineering standard.
4. 2 mm leveling washers and 5 mm leveling washers are used to adjust the height and
height of pre-fab. modules. They are placed between the container corner fittings,
support plates at the container bottom, and concrete podiums.
