Making a call
Smart dialing
You can make a call by entering the phone number on
the dialer or use smart dialing that lets you quickly find
contacts by entering parts of their names or numbers.
1.
On the home screen, touch .
2.
Enter the initials or first few letters of a contact's
name, or part of the contact's phone number.
Matching contacts in your phone and phone
numbers in your call log are then displayed in a list.
3.
From the list, select the contact you want to call.
4.
To end the call, touch .

From the contact list, select the contact you want to
call.
3.
Touch .
Making a call from the call log
1.
On the home screen, touch .
2.
From the call log, touch the contact name or phone
number you want to call.
Speed-dialing
1.
On the home screen, touch .

Touch >
Speed dial settings
.
3.
Touch to choose a contact from the list and
assign a number key to the contact.
