To force a rescan by powering down the ODU:
1. Unplug either end of the AC power cord at the IDU. (a)
OR
Disconnect the PoE Cat5e cable from the OUT port at the IDU. (b)
OR
Disconnect the PoE Cat5e cable from the RJ-45 port at the ODU. (c)
2. Wait 10 seconds, then restore power.
The CPE performs a rescan. Wait about two minutes for the CPE to reconnect with a base station.
