5 Installing a Vandal-Proof Dome IPC

Step 2 Assemble the module that is equipped with the multi-connector cable, as well as the ceiling-

mounted bracket.

Route the multi-connector cable on the module through the elbow of the ceiling-mounted

bracket. Push the module into the ceiling-mounted bracket and rotate the module clockwise

for about five degrees until the module cannot be rotated any further.

Step 3 Use the three black screws that are removed in Step 1 to fix the module onto the ceiling-

mounted bracket, as shown in Figure 5-21. (Spare screws are available in the accessory kit of

the ceiling-mounted bracket.)

Step 4 Stick the positioning label delivered with the IPC at the installation position of the dome.
