Take Notes the Easy Way
The Notes app provides a seamless digital handwriting experience, with intuitive note
management and personalized settings to help you organize your thoughts.
Create or Add a Note
Create a note
To create a note, open Notes and follow any of the methods below:
• Quickly creating a note: Touch
in Quick note.
• Using a template: Touch in the upper right corner, touch New note, select Cover and
Paper, and touch Conrm.
• Importing to create a note: Touch in the upper right corner, select Import images,
Import PDF, or Import HiNote, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the
process.
Add content to a note
On the editing screen, touch in the upper right corner. From there, feel free to:
• Add an attachment: Select Add attachment, open Files, and follow the onscreen
instructions to select an attachment, which will display as a card in the note.
• Import new contents: Select Import images or Import PDF, and follow the onscreen
instructions.
Write Down a Note
The Notes app supports a range of brush styles and easy-to-use auxiliary tools, which allow
you to apply custom writing styles.
Open Notes to enter the note editing screen. From there, feel free to:
• Set brushes and add brushes to favorites: Touch
to use a brush, touch it again to
enter the brush settings screen, set your desired brush, and touch . To switch between
brushes in favorites, open Show favorites bar.
• Pick colors from other apps: This feature allows you to pick up colors from other apps
when doodling on the screen or editing notes. In split-screen or oating window mode,
touch twice to go to the brush settings screen, and touch to pick your desired
color from the target app, for example, picking a color from an image in Gallery or Browser.
