Select Convert to text, and select Copy text or Insert to relocate it to any location on the
screen.
Select Cut or Copy, and touch in the upper right corner to move the content to any
page in All pages.
• Edit an image: Touch to insert an image. Pinch two ngers together to rotate and
zoom in or out on the image. You can also touch the image to use the Custom crop and
Copy features. For example, you can select Custom crop to crop the image to suit your
needs.
• Manage pages: Swipe up with two
ngers to add a page. You can also touch to
display a thumbnail, touch , and Copy then Paste, or Insert blank page to add a page.
You're also free to touch and hold down on a thumbnail to adjust the page sequence.
Manage Notes
Manage notes using folders
Use folders to classify notes by category, so that they can be referenced with greater ease.
Open Notes, and create a folder using either of the following methods:
• Touch and hold down on a note, and drag it to another note. Doing so will create a new
folder.
• Touch , select New folder, enter a title, and touch OK.
The Notes home screen can display folders and individual notes by category. Go to >
to add notes or folders to your favorites. You can also touch to enter keywords
(such as titles or text) to nd and reference notes with greater ease.
Display Notes on the Home Screen
Add Notes service widgets to the home screen, to view your frequently-used notes at a
glance.
1 Touch and hold down on Notes, touch Service widgets, select your desired Notes widget
style, and touch Add to home screen.
2 Touch and hold down on the added Notes service widget, then touch Edit. From there,
you can:
• Display all notes: Touch Select folder, select all notes folders, and touch OK to
display all notes on the home screen.
• Display specic notes: Touch Select folder, select a note folder, and touch OK to
display the notes in the folder on the home screen.
Touch and hold down on a Notes service widget, select Remove, and follow the onscreen
instructions, to remove it from the home screen.
