Split the Screen, to Multi-Task Away
Open apps in split-screen mode, for seamless multi-tasking at all times.

• Split-screen mode is only supported in certain apps.
Split the Screen
You can enable split-screen mode in any of the following ways (depending on your device
model):
• When an app is open and displayed in full-screen mode, swipe up from the bottom to
or in the top left corner of the screen. Then open another app that supports split-
screen mode.
• When an app is opened and displayed in full-screen mode, swipe inward from the left or
right edge of your tablet and hold, to bring up the Multi-Window dock. Hold down on an
app in the dock, drag it on to the screen, and release.
Before you get started, go to Settings > Accessibility features > Multi-Window, and make
sure that Multi-Window dock is enabled.
