2.2 European Directives Compliance
HUAWEI MSOFTX3000 complies with the following European Directives: 89/336/EC
(electromagnetic compatibility), 73/23/EC (low voltage).

2.3 USA Regulatory Compliance (FCC Part 15)
HUAWEI MSOFTX3000 complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject
to the following two conditions:
z This device may not cause harmful interference.
z This equipment must accept any interference received, including interference that
may cause undesired operation.
If the customer modifies the equipment without the authorization of Huawei, which
directly or indirectly contributes to the equipment incompliance with FCC requirements
for Class A digital equipment, Huawei is not liable for such interference problem and the
expenses incurred therefrom shall be covered by the customer.
