8.4 Replacing a Fan

● Before replacing a fan, power
o the SUN2000.
● When replacing a fan, use insulated tools and wear PPE.
NO TE
If the fan gets stuck when being pulled or pushed, slightly lift it.
Step 1 Remove the fan tray.
1. Remove the screws from the fan tray and store them properly.
2. Pull out the fan tray until the fan bae plate is ush with the SUN2000
enclosure.
3. Place down the handle.
4. Unscrew the connectors.
5. Disconnect the cables.
6. Pull out the fan tray.

Step 2 Remove the cable ties from the faulty fan.
