Usage Features
Setup and Installation:
- Install on a firm, stable, and level surface, avoiding heat, humidity, dust, and vibration.
- Ensure the installation area is well-ventilated with enough space.
- The door can open to an angle of 180 degrees, so consider sufficient clearance.
- Leveling feet are provided for stable standing; confirm the equipment is leveled using these feet.
Safety Warnings:
- Danger: Do not place flammable or explosive materials in the chamber to prevent explosion or fire.
- Warning: Do not place flammable materials near the equipment. Avoid touching the power cord with wet hands. Do not overload electric outlets. Always connect a ground wire to prevent electric shock.
- Caution: Ensure the power voltage is 220VAC, 50/60Hz before plugging in. Avoid using other high-voltage equipment nearby. Do not pour water directly on the equipment. Do not use acid solutions, benzene, or sharp objects for cleaning. Do not pull the power cord to unplug; hold the plug itself. Unplug the unit if not in use for a long period. Avoid putting too many objects in the chamber to ensure proper air circulation.
- High Temperature: Ceramic blocks are very hot after operation; do not contact them.
- Electric Shock: Unplug the power before opening covers. Install a ground wire.
Operating Procedures:
- Power On: Turn the power switch on. The PV display shows the actual oven temperature, and the SV display shows the set temperature.
- Set Temperature: Press the "Mode" key to enter temperature set mode. 'TEMP' appears on the PV display, and the SV display flashes. Use the digit position movement key (◄), increase (▲), and decrease (▽) keys to set the desired temperature.
- Set Timer: Press the "Mode" key again to enter timer mode. 'TIME' appears on the PV display, and the SV display flashes. Set the timer using the arrow keys. Default time format is Hour/Minute (HH.MM), but can be changed to Date.Hour or Minute.Second. If the timer is set to 00:00, it will not function.
- Complete Setting: Press the "Mode" key to complete setting; the set value stops flashing, and displays return to PV/SV mode.
- Start Operation: Press the "START" key for 2 seconds. The RUN and OUT indicator lights turn on, and the heater begins operating. The timer indicator blinks until the set temperature is reached, then turns on.
- Stop Operation: The RUN light will blink, and 'end' will appear with a "beep" tone for 30 seconds. Press "START/STOP" to stop the beep immediately.
Auto-Tuning Function:
- Calculates the most effective PID and ARW integers automatically.
- Can be started while temperature is rising or after set temperature is reached.
- Press the "Auto" key for 5 seconds until a "beep" tone is heard. The AUTO indicator light will flash during auto-tuning and turn off upon completion.
- To stop auto-tuning, press the "AUTO" key for 5 seconds during the function.
- Factory default auto-tuning is set between 300°C ~ 400°C. For temperatures higher than 400°C, perform auto-tuning under your specific testing conditions for more accurate and stable temperature operation.
Changing Time Format:
- Turn the power on.
- Press "Mode" for 2 seconds until a 'beep' sound (Parameter Set mode).
