Step 1 - Selecting the Fan Location

Install the downrod through the canopy and trim ring, feeding fan wires through the rod.

For Low Profile Mounting

Replace the downrod with a low profile canopy and attach it to the adapter using screws.

Hanging the Fan

Hang the fan by aligning the canopy slots with the hooks on the ceiling plate.
