With the offset hub of a wheel (A) facing the tank's wheel
bracket, assemble a M10 shoulder bolt (AA) through the
holes in the wheel and tank wheel bracket.
Place a flat washer (DD), lock washer (CC) onto the threaded
end of the shoulder bolt(AA). Then, place a M10 nut (BB)
on the threaded end of the bolt (AA) and tighten securely.
Repeat for the other wheel (A).
